Can you spare a few hours each month to support people with experience of mental health issues?

We're always looking for volunteers to help out at our growing programme of drop-ins, groups and workshops across Croydon. These sessions make a huge difference to people who may otherwise feel lonely, isolated or forgotten - and our aim is always to provide reliable, non-judgemental and sensitive support.

As a volunteer, you'll receive full training and ongoing supervision in a caring, enriching environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your creative listening skills, make new friends and know you're making a positive impact on people's lives. We actively welcome volunteers who have experienced mental health issues themselves or through a loved one.

'I was a service user at one point because I suffer from depression and anxiety. Coming to drop-in changed my life so that's what inspired me to volunteer'
