Our ever-growing programme of workshops and groups provides an opportunity to meet other people, express yourself creatively, enjoy stimulating discussion in a safe, supportive space or get some fresh air and exercise. No referrals are needed and all our activities are free - but any small contributions to help us continue our work are very welcome.

We're currently finalising details of more in-person activities - so do check back soon to find out what else is available.

Every Friday 10-30- 11.30am

Each session starts with Holy Communion followed by a friendly and stimulating discussion in which we explore ways we can manage our spiritual journey through life.

We use poems, pictures and ideas we've found helpful and share our feelings about them. No referrals are needed and all are welcome, whatever your beliefs.

11am (next walk :25th July, )
Meet at Lloyd Park Tram Stop, Coombe Road, Croydon CR0 5RA

Our walking group combines a very gentle stroll with the opportunity to connect with other people and nature amid the beautiful surroundings of Lloyd Park and Coombe Wood.

Our aim is to walk, laugh and find a place of peace away from day-to-day issues. We stop for quiet contemplation - and the occasional poetry reading - at around 12.45 then head off for tea and coffee in the cafe.
