Monday Wellbeing Workshops


Come along to St Mildred's every week on a Monday between 2.30pm - 4.30pm and enjoy Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation. You can also sample taster sessions of Indian Head Massage or Massage. Sessions are held in the Cedar Room.

The Open Door

Norbury Methodist Church,

2a Pollards Hill North,

Norbury, London SW16 4NL.

 

Fridays 7pm-9pm.

 

We meet every Friday between 7-9 pm in Norbury. The club is a place to make friends, enjoy an informal chat or play a game such as chess or Scrabble.

We serve light refreshments including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks along with biscuits and cake. Our volunteers are regulars too, so come along and meet everyone - you'll be warmly welcomed

 

Travel directions:

Buses: The 109 bus from Croydon stops just before Pollards Hill North at Ederline Avenue.

Trains: Norbury train station is about a 10 minute walk.
