Come along to St Mildred's every week on a Monday between 11am and 1pm and learn how to improve your confidence and be more asseritive.

Creative Café at St Mildreds

On Tuesday July  11th 2017 we held a Creative Café at St Mildred's. Activities on offer included creative writing, open art sessions, music and meditation.

Volunteers' Tea Party at St Mildred's...

On Saturday September 6th we held a Tea Party at St Midred's to thank all our volunteers for their hard work in keeping the Association running.

 

We were lucky with the weather and able to open the doors of The Pavilion Room and enjoy some fresh air and open-air Jazz.
