Monday Wellbeing Workshops


Come along to St Mildred's every week on a Monday between 2.30pm - 4.30pm and enjoy Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation. You can also sample taster sessions of Indian Head Massage or Massage. Sessions are held in the Cedar Room.

Compassion, Mind and Spirit: Day Conference 

Sat 22nd October 10am-4pm

Throughout the day we will explore the ways in which faith communities and a spiritual approach can work to create mental wellbeing and challenge the stigma and ignorance that keeps preople isolated and vulnerable.  

 

The day will include workshops, a panel of experts, time for discussion and a marketplace for information. There will also be a keynote address by Dr Deji Ayonrinde, Consultant Psychiatrist, South London and Maudsley Trust.

The event will be held at St John the Evangelist Church, Upper Norwood, London SE19 2RX.
