Monday Wellbeing Workshops
Come along to St Mildred's every week on a Monday between 11am and 1pm and learn how to improve your confidence and be more asseritive.

Coronavirus Update
Due to the current Coronavirus (Covid 19) pandemic all our face to face drop-ins are suspended until further notice.
However the following events continue to take place:
Spirituality meeting on Friday mornings at 10am via Zoom.
Wander into Wellness walks happen every 2nd Thursday of the month. The walks take in some of the green open spaces around Croydon with refreshments and toilet facilities provided. There is also a space for quiet reflection at the end.
Creative writing - this group continues to meet via telephone every Tuesday morning.
